All Orders over $5000.00 will ship for Free to your business location. If your order is on a large pallet or crate you must have a forklift or other equipment on site to unload from the truck.

If your glamping resort is on an island or other remote location there might be additional delivery charges as well. Free Shipping on all glamping products does not include locations in Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, NWT or other locations outside of North America.

The Free Shipping does not apply to any residential deliveries, there is a minimum of $320.00 additional charge to any residential address. You may also choose to pick up your glamping products from the nearest shipping terminal, we can ship for free to the nearest terminal where you can pick up with your own equipment.

You can also arrange your own shipping or pick up from our location in Melancthon, Ontario.

When your order ships we will send you all applicable tracking information, if you need your order on a certain day or time of day we need to know this information before shipping so we can coordinate with the logistics provider.
