We offer free shipping to your glamping resort anywhere in North
America over $5000!
Not including remote or island locations.
When you order with us, we pay our shipping couriers to arrange a
delivery appointment with you, if your order contains large items. So
they will never just come by and drop off your order, they'll make
sure you're present and available to deliver at a time that works for
you!
We can also offer installation and set up in certain areas, please
contact us with specific requirements.
We offer FREE delivery, but if you want to pickup, you can save on
most of our items by picking up at the factory in Dundalk, Ontario.
Upon receiving your order Inspect all items for damages.
If there are any damages, please note these on the delivery receipt
(sometimes called a bill of lading) and take photos as well before
unloading from the truck. If the damage is minimal, you can accept the
shipment and we will send replacement parts out to you. If the damage
is severe you may want to refuse this shipment.

discovery of damage.

Yes we need to have someone on site to accept delivery for most orders. If this is a small boxed shipment then UPS will leave it at your door without signature.
Yes we can install your glamping products in certain locations across North America, please reach out to us to confirm this when you know what you plan to order.
If you are local we can take back the shipping crates, or if we install our team will bring them back with them. It generally does not make sense to ship empty crates back to us.
